Our Leadership

Mark Payne

Minister

Mark became a Christian in South Africa, and has lived in the UK since the mid-90’s with his wife Sarah and their two daughters. After a career in business he studied theology at Union School of Theology in Wales, and was called as our Minister in July 2019. He enjoys reading, walking, and is a Springbok rugby fan – but we try not to hold that against him.

Alan Finch

Elder

Alan enjoyed the privilege and delight of being brought up in a loving Christian home in Northern Ireland. He trained as an Actuary in London before moving to Salisbury 20 years ago where he works and lives with his family. He enjoys many things in life including reading, cross-fit and good coffee.

Rob Slane

Elder

Rob converted from atheism to Christianity in his late 20’s. He and his wife Alina live in Salisbury with their six children, and he works for the economics firm, Emsi. He has written for various organisations and also authored three books on the defence of the Gospel. In his spare time Rob likes to write, cook, read, play guitar and generally muck about with his children.
