Interim Arrangements
In-Person Worship at Christ Church Salisbury
We love to have visitors join us for worship. We know that some of you will have questions regarding what our services will be like following the removal of Covid-19 restrictions. Our aim is to resume “full-bodied normal worship” as far as possible, whilst being aware of and sensitive to the needs of those who are vulnerable.
We would ask that you do not come if you, or anyone in your household, has a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Please wait until you are better, when we will be delighted to welcome you.
Please be assured that full building cleaning will be carried out prior to the service on Sunday, including full sanitising of all surfaces including doors, surfaces, chairs, etc. Hand sanitisers are available at the entrance of the building.
In the main downstairs section of the church building, everyone is free to sit where they feel comfortable. There is upstairs seating for those who are vulnerable or who would feel more comfortable away from the main gathering of worshippers. We respect people’s personal choice as to whether or not to wear a mask, so please do what you are most comfortable with. Those serving the Lord’s supper will continue to wear masks when serving in the interests of those among us who need to be more cautious.
If you plan to visit us, we’d love to hear from you beforehand, especially if you have any specific needs (such as being more vulnerable) that we can accomodate, for example by the placement of seating. Please do drop us a line using the contact form below. We look forward to welcoming you!
